HDB’s Prescribed Formats #

For HDB’s prescribed formats, we will send the following:

  1. our letter to HDB on preparing the Power of Attorney using the prescribed format together with a copy of the Power of Attorney. This letter will also be copied to you.
  2. our letter to you and your attoney enclosing the original Power of Attorney together with two certified true copies of the same.

HDB’s Non-Prescribed Formats #

For HDB’s non-prescribed formats, we will send the following:

  1. our letter to HDB on the Power of Attorney together with a copy of the Power of Attorney. This letter will also be copied to you.
  2. our letter to you and your attoney enclosing the original Power of Attorney together with two certified true copies of the same.

All Other Power of Attorney #

For Power of Attorney (non-HDB flats), we will send our letter to you and/or your attorney enclosing the original Power of Attorney together with a certified true of the same.
