What happen if a foreign or non-Singapore domiciled person died intestate with assets in Singapore?

If a foreign domiciled person dies intestate:

  1. his movable property that is located in Singapore will be distributed according to the laws of the country in which he was domiciled at the time of his death
  2. his immovable property located in Singapore will be distributed according to the laws of Singapore, regardless of where he was domiciled at the time of his death.
