Conduct Search #
Click “Buy Information” or “Search” by inputting Name or UEN of Company
Click the “Other Information” #
Find under “Extracts” #
Scroll to the bottom of the page you will see the “Extracts” section. You will need to:
- Under “Category”, select “Company Incorporation (M&AA)/Constitution”
- Under “Transaction Date”, select the relevant period where the Company’s M&AA or Constitution was lodged. If your company’s M&AA or Constitution has been amended, you may wish to extract the amended version if required.
- Click the Extract (With eCertification)

Check Out and Payment #
Download Product #
Upon payment, check your email to download the product file(s). Upon receipt of the downloaded file(s), please email or upload the original file(s) to us.
