After a copy of your Power of Attorney (POA) has been duly deposited in the High Court, your POA will be assigned a Case No. For collection of your original Power of Attorney, you, your attorney or your authorised representative may collect the original POA from our office.
If you are authorising an representative to collect the original POA on your behalf, you will need to sign a letter of authorisation to authorise your representative. Alternatively, you can arrange for a courier service provider to pick up the documents from our office.
Wef 8 November 2022, we longer provide registered postage service, and our client will have to arrange for collection of the original POA, etc, directly from our office. This is due to our limited human resource in our office, eg. attendance at the post office, and also, we have received feedback that notwithstanding the registered postage, some clients did not receive the documents.
