Once the Power of Attorney is duly deposited at the High Court of Singapore, we will send the original Power of Attorney in accordance with the “mode of collection” indicated by you.
Please allow at least 7 to 14 working days from the date of (1) your execution of Power of Attorney at our office or (2) our receipt of your Power of Attorney from overseas to deposit a copy of the Power of Attorney with the High Court and thereafter, release the original Power of Attorney to you.
To prevent the lost of your original Power of Attorney, you are strongly advised to collect the original Power of Attorney from our office, either by yourself, your attorney or your authorised representative.
For registered post, please ensure that the mailing address is correct, and allow at least 7 to 14 days for delivery by Singapore Post. For this mode of delivery, we are unable to warrant actual delivery.
